Had an iced latte and that was good! I also ordered an avocado bagel breakfast sandwich and my kids each got a buttered bagel. And oh my goodness these bagels are amazing. So good! Lots of avocado on my sandwich and the egg was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be back!
Great coffee. Nice people. I stopped there for breakfast with my brothers and Mom while visiting last week. I had an egg sandwich on a croissant with sliced apples that was delicious. I'm going to start putting apples on the breakfast sandwiches I make at home now. I was in Old Forge to visit old haunts and this is one of the nicest new places I came across.
Good coffee and great quick breakfast and lunch sandwiches in Old Forge. Quick service despite being busy and a small establishment. Affordable prices. Cute forest-themed decor accenting throughout.
Yesterday... my daughter her boyfriend and myself went to Old Forge to hike Bald Mountain. After we were of course a bit hungry. They are apparently coffee connoisseurs.. soooo we stopped at Ozzie's. I like that most of the businesses in Old Forge are not chains in fact rumor had it the town kicked out McDonalds which I can't even tell you how awesome that is but I digress So I got a regular coffee with a little cream and sugar. It was really good. Didn't taste burnt or too weak. Dare I say Baby Bear's pourage? I got the Raquette Lake sandwich (all named after local lakes) it had a horseradish Mayo ,great cheese, soft bread, and a great portion. The only thing that we all had that wasn't noteworthy was the corn chowder too much pepper for any of our liking. Even with the soup fail I will go back and tell you if you're in Old Forge stop in it is small but there is outdoor seating and totally worth it!! Also super friendly staff which in my humble opinion always sets the tone for a good meal
